What am i doing wrong with this phone??

i cant connect with SAGDD

please help sir product supporter

Take a look to attached there documents.

If you not have SagDD cables, just connect Rx and Tx too (box pin 4 and pin 5).

Usually phone speed should be AUTO.

Don`t forget to check MCU, because

in this phone pinout where's the RX, TX??

and this box image

where will i start counting 1??

from left to right or right to left??

sorry if i ask too much coz its almost a year

before i use this box

same error

ive used the Jtag board of C5-2 to get exact pinouts and resolder to Vs3 board but no luck

this phone is challenging me

Firstly you should connect phone via phone connector (TP`s not connected).

You must get phone info and Bootloader failed message.
After that, connect TP`s and get code!
