you should unlock it with rg45 by log
make rx tx and GND

Some my501C can be unlocked with USB data cable and one log, some my501C via JTAG without log.
kaiserstumm must read manuals attached in main support thread.

I need help pls.
I have sagdd and TP for this sagem my501c and credits but i didn't succeed to unlock it.
I download the picture of TP on support i sow there is many cable on pcb, so i want to know if i must put all of cable to the pcb or i put only tx,Rx and GND?
Please help me sir.

Read manual (it`s attached in main support thread) about unlocking with USB data cable.
Check what is MCU in your phone.
If MCU is old type, connect all TP`s to box. Choose Dongle unlocking device. Do the Job.
If MCU is new type, solder three wires (GND, Rx, Tx ) between phone and USB data cable. Choose proper COM port. Do the Job.

sir how can i know if my MCU is old or new?
I read the manual but i didn't succeed to connect this phone.
About other sagem all is ok but this my501c i didn't succeed.
Show us pinout please.
