yesterday i unlock one My411c with sagdd
and i found that which pinout given in support area is incorrect
pin out which given in support area is pin number 7 is rx and 8 is tx but that my411c was not connect with that pinouts so when i select pinout 9: Phone Tx 10:Phone Rx its connected perfectly so should be correct database

All depend from which side you are starting pin count.
Looking on picture, we prefer from left to right

Sagem My411C have got 18 pin system connector (same as my700x, my200c, Vf226...)

and my411c have 16 pins not 18
and if keyboard top then its 9: Phone Tx 10:Phone Rx

Look in pictures from support - my700X_pinout_.jpg or my700x_200c_300c_411.gif
Keyboard is on top
Start pin count from left to right
