unlock problem with sagem myx5-2v ! need help - GSM-Forum

i'm have for unlock sagem myx5-2v and i cant read and connect with sagdd box
i'm try try try and nothing with few version software
i'm connect to box Do jobs! 10% and nothing
i'm need advice what i'm doing wrong?
i'm try with Jtag and usb cable
have question with this model is reqaierd internet connection to unlock when unlock? (needs logs?)
this is what i'm see :

PROBLEM: Failed to read IMEI!
PROBLEM: Failed to read IMEI!

PROBLEM: Setting phone speed failed!

It`s not same problem.
Seems you has not read thread about SageJtagUnlocker support!

Read it. You will solve your problem very easy.

Can you connect another Sagem phones?

yes this is my log with another sagem phone myx5-2 and unlock is successfull and no problem with read phon withmy box?

problem jonelka is simple not used jtag to connect with pcb and cable to sag dd

Set Phone speed to "Speed AUTO", clean phone connector

, check cable.

If you can unlock even one Sagem, you will unlock all others from list of supported phones!
Just check connectors and cables.

yes i'm thing with clen coonnector and this is my first step, charge fulll baterry, second cable and my idea what wrong is over

i'm have another question If my phone is usb only support unlock ( i'm need internet conection)? thiis is sagem myx5-2v i'm no have logs?

Again and over again!
SagemDD must read phone info with or without connected TP.
(with old cable set, not with USB Data cable)
So, you have cable or connector or another hardware problem.
Or maybe you did funny mistake.

SagemDD software together with SagDD box supports all Sagem based on M62, M62+, Sec. M62+, M63, M64 platforms.
