when i unlock i culd not unterstant the process taken 66.6 % that time connection status is disable and server: wrong box.save log file then i send this log file as per your instruction.here problem is sometimes you sent unlock code but sometimes you ask receive on-line server when i open there are no unlock code from server displayed only
"phone code:00000000"

when i unlock we get phone code number but only my101x there are no phone code number only displays 00000000 no any proper answer or solution which i better understend when mailed sagdd support team

if any solution have for the my101x direct unlock plzzz send me

Problem is absolutelly clear.
"Wrong box" means you used wrong box (not registered box or box registered with different user name and pass).
Use correct ones!
Maybe you have two SagDD boxes?!
If so, use correct combination box, login name, pass.

no sir box is ok another phone unlock is ok problem only only my101x.i have one box and correct user pass

You are wrong!
You uses valid user name and pass, but wrong box !
These user name and pass was used succesfully (many times) with valid box (with different S/N).
Your wrong box was used successfully (many times) with another, valid user name and pass.
So, solve your problem itself. Otherwise we will block both accounts (both boxes) acording to security reasons.
