VS5 - code readed. Cannot enter by keyboard. Direct unlock imposibile? - GSM-Forum

Hi.
Tried to unlock some VS5 - we got the code, but after inserting foreing sim phone stays on "SIM CARD LOCKED". And i cannot enter the readed code by Keyboard.
I also tried reset CRC and Hardware failure counter, on same result.

Software says " enter code manualy".

SagemDD showed "Enter code manually" because battery was not charged.
Charge battery, then make direct unlock again.
Post case to support@sagdd.com, we will refund one log.

Hi. here is the log. Battery Fully Charged. I think this phone has other problems.
I've spent 3 logs with this phone already

I will sent details with Box SN and logs from server in oder to refund the logs if possible. Thenk you for your quiq answer.

Please enter code manually!

1. Remove the battery and then insert it again!
2. Press Power ON shortly!
