Today i run version 4.0 and connected via user pass for direct unlock ! It says your sagem dd version is old update 4.1 ! where is it ?

I gto C5-2v to be Done...When i try with Direct Unlock Its Gives Me Code...Direct Unlock Failed i enter the Given Code Manually ..It was Wrong...again it Gives another Code..which was wrong too....whats Wrong

One of my freinds DD box got damaged ! Bought this Month ! Protection was Done from Reseller/ distributor itself ! He ran the version 3.8 then an error came update Sagem dd version he used 4.0 and now Box is damaged !
