Wrong Box! - GSM-Forum

Everytime i try to repair a phone it always shows a message "wrong BOx" i can unlock phone but cant repair. I have valid registration and support with this box. Please help. thank you!

Wrong box means that your registration is valid for different box S/N.
So, use correct/proper login and pass for every box.

Better post your problem (don`t forget registration data) to support mail - [email protected].

BTW, if server shows "wrong box" you can`t get codes for not supported stanalone phones.

i have sent you an email to [email protected]. My password and user name is for the same serial number of the box otherwise i could not have the valid registration from you. My reseller is GSMOK poland. please chk the mail and correct me the problem. Gracias
