Member: 9544 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5,533 | @denard 4 h. later we received two e-mails with attached files. Problem is clear. You used bad cable or tryed to unlock phone with empty battery! Resolving the problem is obviously! Just make restore default lock, then unlock phone again. |

Member: 9544 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5,533 | @denard Over and over again you has did strange and funny actions. Because you never follow my recomendation correctly. PLEASE USE RIGHT WAY FOR RESOLVING SIMILAR PROBLEM, post the problem to [email protected]! Is this so difficult for you? Why you not post all truth? Imei: 35288002805078-8 was succesfully unlocked on 5.September.2008. You did "Do the Job" twice successfully. I not see any server log for that phone with damaged IMEI. So, two weeks later you tried again to unlock same phone. Same phone but not same FW! Someone reflashed that phone with wrong FW ( from different model). 100%!!!!! The result is clear! You can play with phones and softwares, but I shall not participate. Once again, for fast and best result use [email protected] |

Member: 118601 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 200 | ok first you remember i post in support email for this problem and support ask to restore but unfortunately when i was posting for ask help, the customer took the phone before i can try restore as your support reply me. notice that on that date the phone was not successfully unlock because when it say unlock was ok, i didn't put sim to test because it was 05 set for unlock and always i don't need to test if unlock ok because i'm sure of sagdd when it say successfully. so when customer came to take those phone, he tested and we realise that particular one was not unlock. so i decide to retry it 03 times and always say unlock ok but when put sim have "bloké". i check for Imei now it is 00049...(different of 35288...of begining). so this is two week later the same customer( phone reseller) bring me that phone(0049..) with 03 other one to unlock. now 02 phones unlock ok then the last one go to IMEI 00049.....again. i try to restore it say restore ok but the same imei remain. now i also try to restore the old one of two week ago but always failed but when try unlock it succeeded. just look my log and you can confirm what i'm say! NB: IF I DO SOMETHIMES WRONG WHY ANOTHER ONE GO TO IMEI 0049... AGAIN IN THE LAST 03 SET I UNLOCK ON THE 18-09-08? |
