ZTE-G S315+ cant repair - GSM-Forum

Phone was unlocked but after sometime customer came back telling me that when he inserts in other network lines it shows “Failed” “OK” then switches to network and reboots after it keeps rebooting.
Have tried repair function but it says:
Repair function is not allowed. (IMEI is OK)
IMEI: 355806036122498
Firmware: E-UG-UTL-P108A29FM(S)V1.0.0B02

The problem does not have relation with unlocking!
You can make Restore default lock!
Just paste Backup_355806036122498.bin in same folder with SagemEG_V14.x.

yes i bear with you latigido but this is a phone he says i unlocked a months or two months ago so he reports at my workshop with the argument, assured him that its not connected at all with the unlocking we did months ago. Further told him had u reported the following day maybe i would bear with your complaint. So all in all he is ready to pay me again to rectify the problem only that am lacking the solution.

My brother is sound to be HW problem have the phone fully service make it to dry room temp.and give him/her the phone it will be 100% work ing i have done it many time dont worry
