Colin:
Have you installed drivers and is it set to Clip or Box?
Please check in device manager under ''Ports'', if there is any device connected.

If not, make sure that you have installed the drivers correctly.

andesfong:
Have you downloaded the ''Firmware updater & Serial-number reader''?
If not, download it here and install it.

NOTE!
To connect your clip to the PC, press unlock button and hold it in few seconds until LED goes green and after this you will be able to update your firmware clip or read your serial-number.

Colin: Ring me if you are still having problems, but make sure switch at the back is in Box mode, connect it to the pc and before you press read data hold the unlock button down until the right hand side light is on (green i think?). Then read the data of the clip and it should find it assuming all drivers are installed correctly.

I will try to create a guide in some hours, some init guide until I will get the complete knowledge of this great box...

Believe me if I tell you that this is better than USb-Smart in speed flashing and unlocking and it's one of the best tools for Samsung...More surprise will come for sure

@e_mobile:
Try to uninstall the drivers manually via ''Device manager'', and then reinstall it from setup available on support site.

If problem resist, don't hesitate to contact me by PM.
