Guide for english users:
Beginning: You must have downloaded and registered using HW-Key the Astro Manager from support area.
Now open AstroManager software, load device in Box Mode using the switch, load the device in TestMode pressing unlock after 5 seconds from the connection of the device via USB(NEVER CONNECT USB AND 9V AT THE SAME TIME).
1. Open AstroSE, you must see this image or "Clip not connected"

2. Now press Scan COM-port. Search the COM in device manager to check where do you have the cable connected. When you have selected the comport press Connect Astro

Now if you want to unlock the phone just press Unlock phone.
3. If you want to flash a phone you have to Load Main FW & Load FS Image. SFA pack will be used to add extra features such as languages or media files to the phone losing some memory.. Be sure that after selecting Main and FS Finalize flashing is checked. Press Flash phone and depending on phone you will have to wait between 400 seconds or 600 seconds. You will see this image at the beginning of the flashing process.

4. Check that after loading FS to the phone the software will ask you to power on the phone. Depending on the phone this process will be done by the software but sometimes require user's hands to remove battery and insert again. And this is the last pic that you will see. A succesful flashing through AstroSE

Para los usuarios españoles

Comienzo-Preparacion: Debes haber descargado y registrado usando la HW-Key el Astro Manager del area de soporte.

Ahora abre el software AstroManager, ten el dispositivo/caja enModo Box usando el interruptor, carga el dispositivo/caja en Modo Test/TestMode. Esto se realiza esperando 5 segundos tras conectar al usb y presionando el boton unlock hasta que la luz aparezca en verde(NUNCA CONECTEIS EL USB Y LA CONEXIÓN 9V A LA VEZ!!).
1. Abre AstroSE, deberas encontrarte esta imagen o "Clip not connected"(repite el proceso anterior pulsando reset y esperando)

2. Pulsa ahora Scan COM-port. Busca el puerto COM en el administrador de dispositivos del cable del telefono. Cuando hayas seleccionado el puerto com pulsa Connect Astro

Ahora si quieres liberar el telefono simplemente pulsa en Unlock phone.
3. Si quieres flashear un telefono tu tienes que pulsar Load Main FW & Load FS Image, los archivos denominados con Main Standard equivalen a Main FW mientras que los que lleven caracteres como EU1,2,3,4...son los referentes a FS(El archivo EU1 es el necesario para tener idioma español). SFA pack se usa para añadir idiomas extra a un paquete de idiomas o archivos multimedia sacrificando memoria compartida del usuario. Comprueba que tras seleccionar Main y FS la casilla Finalize flashing esta marcada. Pulsa Flash phone y en funcion del cable y el telefono tendras que esperar alrededor de 400 o 600 segundos. Esta imagen la veras al comiendo del flasheo.

4. Atención, tras cargar el programa el archivo FS nos pedira que encendamos el telefono(power on the phone). Dependiendo del terminal este proceso puede ser realizado directamente o necesitar de la intervenciñon del usuario. En caso de que tras unos segundos no encuentre el telefono retira la bateria e introducela de nuevo y si tras esto sigue igual pulsa ligeramente el boton de encendido. Y esta sera la ultima imagen que veras. Un flasheo sin problemas usando AstroSE
