Don't work by me (Alcate5 311 KJ155 )
I use this method:
1. Run Wray 5.5 ---> Connect ----> Backups(TEH Zone)
2. Write Flash (311 KJ255 ) ---> Patch Firmware
3. Disconnect

With SIM card I have "Insert SIM card"

Explain me the method step by step

U can't upgrade any version lower that 15A and 255...in your case u want 155----->255..will not work.

KJ255 unlocked partial needed please

i have 311 ver 104 KJ5A000 ( locked on dutch provider vodafone)

unlocked by using :

-- bf3/4 tool by henrich 1.7 ( read flash) ( cracked version)
-- then use program from vendorgsm to patch file
-- write back patched file ( bf tool will warn you to recalculate crc)
do this and ready you are

this worked 100% for me

your way is very long (~8-10 min)
better use partial unlock vendorgsm.
Henrich 1.7/8 write block from 0C to 0D.
5 sec, and phone unlocked.

Heres some info :

If u want to downgrade 15A to CPX flash file?you may use only dowgrading on KJ255 ,beocouse some hardware reason .
if you downgarde to KJ253 for example you phone will not see SIM card ,even with ORIGINAL TECH ZONE!

KJ255 flash must be patched and unlocked!, other wise phone will not power on .


About unlocking KJ255 , here the GIFT ,which i should made few month ago download .

Start henrich sw 1.8 (uploaded to gsmfree group)
conect phone
press write block start adress 06 (in name of file)
8 sec and partial writed .
I did 200 phones with this partial .means tested
