735 DEAD, i have only ikp file from Vygis software - GSM-Forum

hi
i receive 735 KM283500.
my customer tried to change lang (flashed with 3 diffirent 2Mb files lang pack)
after any of tries phone only poweron but hang at alcatel startup logo.
he make only backup by using IMEI section of Vygis software (v2.38XP)
and receive IKP file 204 800kb.

i tried to flash it with clone flash file BH4_102_KM278_Clone. phone powerON but it has inser SIM card info. phone has got his original imei.

i know that i have to put good tech zone but i don't know is there a tech zone inside IKP file?

how to fix that phone ?

if you don`t make backup from THE Zone before you flashed ur phone then no way to solve the problem and if you make the backup from THE Zone then full flash ur phone with same version then restore the THE Zone

no the THE Zone is lonly file

And for this firmware version, you need to have full flash backup, because it's not clonable like earlier versions.
