Alcatel 311 Unlocking Help! - GSM-Forum

Hi

I've got a Alcatel 311 from my mother who lives Spain.

My problem with the phone is that it's locked to Movistar.

I do not have any cable for the phone and I'm wondering if it's possible to unlock the phone without any cable`?

yes there is. and here is how it goes:
go to the nearest gsm service and ask them to unlock your phone
