I already have the backups..and even tried to unlock with solution from forum. a few times I killed and restored it. Thanx for help. I'll try and post the result.

I made 10 experiments and still can't unlock.

easy to buy software and do it for 2 minutes than make it 40-50 minutes. Money= time hehehe

i flash this versiom with full flash file for ver 106-KR126
phone don't accept any sim card after power on
i write teh backup,whole eeprom-same situation
