Alcatel BF3 - Not Charging problem - GSM-Forum

After "update" flash ALcatel BF31W-1HEPDE1 v155 to v101
containing Russian and Bulgarian language, the following problem
came up : Not Charging - on display when the charger is plug in.
I was able to fix that problem when changing 1f8775 - from 16 to 17, but on one handset that did not work. After the change still not charging problem.

some help?
