Alcatel BF3 PUK Code required - GSM-Forum

Can anyone advise me where/or how I can get a PUK code from in the UK (phone dealer or web site). This PAYG Phone is locked to the Telefonica Movistar Network in Spain.

You have to ring Movistar Spain, or try there own web page. Only these two options are available. There is no way to calculate the PUK code via 3rd party.

Alcatel NEVER have PUK code , as all other's GSM Phones !

THE PUK IS A PERSONAL SIM LOCK (It is asked after 3 wrong pins) THEN IT IS NOT A PHONE LOCK AS SAID BY MOLDOVAN (FOR YOUR BF3)

i thinks this is puk for card sim

if its puk then it means its from sim card, for the phone is spck, so contact the sim card provider (network)

Yes , I agree with You , Mate !
Some smartphones , like MPX Motorola e.t.c. have PUK too.
In my previos post I sad about normal GSM phones.
Usualy PUK code is second code of SIM card's.

do you still want to use sim card from movistar if so you need to contact them with phone number and numbers on sim card if pay and go card. if contract card will need nif number and phone number. i live in spain and can help if have probs.

I think you are going to the wrong side "PUK" means "Pin Unblocking Code" and PIN stands for Personal Identefication Number. The number related to SIM Card try to contact with your network provider to get the puk number or chgange the sim card with new number.
