Surely VYGIS can DO it (and it does much more):

- Unlock phone.
- Make manual or autobackup for unlocking
- Read/Write fullflash
- Read/Write TEH
- Read/Write language packs.
- Change display type stored in TEH
- Check and correct CRC of TEH zone
- Fast flash by USB cable up to 406250 BPS
