| connect Alcatel 735 to computer Hi all! I have Alcatel OT 735 and the appropriate USB cabel. But still can't connect the phone to the computer  I start the setup file on the CD, which comes with the cabel, but when come to step "Wait Windows to recognize your device" Windows failed to recognize it (unknown device). I tried this under WinXP and Win98 with the same result. In the same time on the official site of Alcatel there is no support for OT 735. No software nor drivers. I will appreciate any help or advice! Thank you in advance! |

|  Thank you for answers, guys! But still have no advance on my problem.... From the site, posted by amonev I got the Alcanna suite, which couldn't even recognize my phone. The MobTime Cell Phone Manager, which address was given to me by lion108h, have some more success. It recognized the mobile device ... and got no furder. As you can see in the image below the program shows connected status and the phone manufacturer, but when I tried to get the phone`s contents this waiting bar was showed on the screen and nothing more happened. http://img170.imageshack.us/img170/1348/failednw1.jpg Please tell me if I am doing something wrong! Or give any other ideas. I will be very thankful! Greets! |
