Hi, I have Alcatel OT 735 with firmare KM278420. Several times I tried to upload to phone firmware KU20BA00, but then always wrote "INSERT SIM". Before flash I chose the default theme "One Touch" and unlock phone. I do not know what I am doing wrong. Please advice how to proceed. Thank you.
