Setupal and Setupfwu - different software. Setupal - alcatel client for personalisation info read, Serupfwu - alcatel firmware upgrade client (to 12C).

Setupall - reads and gives unlock codes and lock status (you know).
Setupfwu - for reapire and flashing BG3 phones to v12C.
