and only if you have original backup
if you full flashed it and didn't saved backup than you can forget about it

Can't you read? You must have original phone flash backup to revive it!

ps - or OTUF software by GSMMasters, to clone it.

hi .
the problem of these two families of alcatel phones is th TEH ZONE .
the only solution is to save the TEH ZONE from the phone freezed and flash full flash and restore the TEH ZONE saved if it not damaged (TEH ZONE SAVED) the phone will power on and work perfectly in the other way the phone power on but insert sim (don't work with any sim ) don't try with the CRC there is not commun CRC every phone has his CRC .
if the phone not power on you have made a mistake about the flash respect the reference of the flash chip correctly .
good luck
for the flash file use the search buton there's some dead link but there's other links works or you can read it from other phone .
the important is the TEH ZONE.
