311-SOS call only - GSM-Forum

hello!
I have an 311 that displays SOS call only.
I've tried with several sim cards but still same error?
Any idea what the problem might be?

Hi

Tell me more details,when this happend(flash,update...).The phone can read the sim card>>>If U have back up of the original TEH file U must uploaded to the phone and he wiil be OK!!!!!

Hi!
I don't know the history of the phone.
It came to me with this problem: without sim- insert sim, with sim-SOS call only.
But you gave a good idea. I'll upload a TEH file for it's version.
I'll post result.

Hi mates

The teh zone is unique for each handy. if you have not the original one, your phone is scared.

flash it and all will be ok
tested by me on 200 phones but with the same version and d'ont forget to backup the teh
