This short message to explain to all new Wray's customers his support.

I've got here one of his famous SW: Alcatel Lurker and everything worked perfectly until I format my HD. Indeed, after a new installation, his SW asked me a new HW fingerprint which he sended me without any problem. I unfortunately decided to make 2 partitions on my HD and the HW fingerprint changed again...

As result I 'm here with a few simlocked alcatel phones and still waiting for more than one month for Wray's support.

It's strange to read that Wray offers free support of 6 months.

Last but not least, Mr. Wray explained me that it could send me the HW fingerprint if I upgrade his tool....(which is not free, of course). I really can't afford to give 150 euros (the price of his SW) everytime I format my HD.

MR Wray I would really appreciate your WORKING hw asap, than you could show to people posting in this forum your support is not as bad I thought.

Sure, I'll probably buy you the Gold version but not before being sure your support worth it.

Hi,

like i told you in private mail, the software protected with HW Fingerprint is updateable twice. I allready sent 5 of them to you, so you cannot complain about support. This is a method widely spread because in this way producers can hold track about the real sales. For example you can tell me you format your HDD 4 times - you use Norton Ghost - you still use the software and sell the other 4 copies - then cry for support. I am not telling here that this is YOUR case - this is a presumtive case. This is why ALL the producers who protect software with HW Fingerprint method does the same. I offerted you the upgrade to Gold because is clear that you will format your HDD again soon and the same problem is happening.

Also about support, my software protected Lurker Standard v2.2 was cracked long time - but i continued to support it and update it till v3.4 version !!! Other producers DON'T support their cracked softwares - still is not my case.

So this case is simple - i sent you last serial - check your mail, after this i will not continue to send serial numbers.

I will be very indebted if you will not speculate anymore these situations to promovate your copy software. Noi doi stim cit de multe stii tu despre Alcatel - stai in banca ta.

HW Fingerprint not any good these days pay the extra for the dongle mate As we always are formating for one reason or another.

make a image backup of your HD ...so no any problems anymore

You're right, I'll make an image of my HDD and buy the dongle to Upgrade my version as I told him.

I received the HW fingerprints a few days before and everything is working again.

I would to correct my first post and add Mr Wray support is not bad.
