Alcatel 311 with Screen Blank - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have this Alcatel 311 with everything is ok (make call and Rx call ok) But the screen is totally blank. Leds are ok. I have heated the board but does not help.

Has anyboby came across this kind of problem? I appreciate your hep very much.

If you changed the lcd, you shoul know that there are two or three different t
types of lcd-s...

Thanks MiSko21,

I have changed about 3 LCDs now but still the same problem.

Any other suggestion please?

there are two types of LCD ... if you've changed the LCD , before tryyng to reheat the Pcb, conect the phone to LURHER software and try the LCD option on the extended menu 100% works if is not a hardware problem ! good luck !

I haved same problem
,i think that contrast set to minimum,try set contrast to max. or you must chek c or r on lcd pcb

Goanga wanted to say LURKER software , not LURHER ( :d ) THIS SOFTWARE IS PROTECTED BY DONGLE ... NO CHANCE ON FINDING FREE ! REGARDS goanga
