None of past or current Alcatel/TCL phones have L3/L4 Service manuals available.

All manuals available to service centers are mostly L2, some L2.
None of them have any schematics of the board inside.
(Mostly disassembly / reassembly, etc.).

As instructed in those available manuals, any of problems not described in them,
is solved via board swap/exchange, and faulty boards are packed to be sent back to factory.

So, no luck ...

All Service manuals for Alcatel are marked as L2E (enhanced) only have the name of microchips, connectors and partnumbers. As the respected Brka has already said, the L3/L4 schemes are not available. They are only available at the factory.
