I have a 7041x i do the hardreset but the phone wont reset.
already flash but dont reset...
the problem is that the phone have many app saying "contacts stop", definions stop etc and i need to reset to solved the problem.

I Think Your eMMC is Corrupted When You Doing Download With SPTools Maybe Partition Size Can't Make New Partition

For The Reason Don't Erase Any Data From Your Phone, You Can Try Make Format By SPTools

eMMC went to "read-only" state. No software help.

If you have some eMMC box, it can be solved.

But, i dont think that repair price will be okay, since the phone is dirt cheap.

i havce the Same Problem With Alactel 4035d.i format it now it won"t turn on

Formatting alcatel phones is very stupid idea.
Now you need to find full rom_0 backup to revive it.
(If emmc/na d is alive and not defective)
