my phone ALCATEL OT IDOL-X 6040D automaticaly press, sometimes when i press its not working. no function.. any solution for this kind of problem. please help me. sorry for my bad english.

the touchscreen is broken you must replace touchscreen or the display with touchscreen.

i just buy the phone for morethan 4 months. then suddenly that problem came out. right now the phone was morethan 1yr. so its factory defect?
