how can i change it with an other mic or other brand ?

friend the mic that is compatible is the of SE w800 or w750

try changing that component

I also I have a Alcatel OT-808 damaged by water and the microphone does not work, I disassemble the phone but I see no micro by any site, can someone post pictures of where the microphone or show me a link where where is the micro

Check for dust inside the mic, sometimes it is happened by dust.
