BE4 bad sound - need help urgently.

Hi all!
I got BE4 with bad sound here. Problem is: when choosing melody - it loud only a just a half second, next volume dropping down almost to zero. When making a call - sound from speaker is OK, problem only with melodies and key sound - also very short beep and quickly falling down to zero. I've changed audio chip (Analog devices) but doesn't help. Speaker is OK. What else should I try?

Need this help urgently.

Thanks

I have the sam problem on 3 pcs of 303. I have tried lot's of things, including changing almost all components from another working board. Nothing helped. I think the problem is in PCB itself, because on one 303, whan i try to loose or tighten screws a little bit, ringing sound is sometimes OK.

I have hope that somebody will find the nsolution one day (something like brokn speaker lines on c35)

Yes. I have repaired one 303 by resoldering PTWL, but other two - PCB broken. Does anybody have service manual for alcatels with shematics? Maybe that way we could trace the broken line! (or throw the phones to garbage )
