BF4 no back light on display - GSM-Forum

is an alcatel 511 that have no back light on display , have light on keyboard, is not a menu option , i have not a service manual, have anyone service manual level3 or any solution for this? i have service manual in exchange if someone want change for bfx service manual level 3

maybe sohortcircuited capacitors, i removed the shield upper the battery conector and then all was ok! but i don´t know the really solution, i don´t know what is o are the capacitor/sor resistor, at the firs time i resolder the shield once i rehot the componets for try to clean water damage, then no back light, desolder again the shield and then works backlight ¿¿¿¿¿????? i think was a short circuit in any component for wrong placing shield
