Dead E205 - GSM-Forum

I connected wrong cables from my PS2 Usb bto serial cable to this alcatel for unlocking, I think it was e205, now phone is dead, no power on, no bot, nothing, it is hardware problem, because I connected the wrong cables from the ps2 plug.

anyone with an idea about where to start to test for fixing ?
