Can someone out there help me with how to Unlock my Rare Alcatel OT 556 GSM cell phone. When I Switch on the phone with a SIM Card, a message "Enter Network Key" appears. What code or key do I enter? Thanks!

There are many ways. You can buy software or credits. Take a look at GSM Masters or Griffin Team sites. They offer online code calculations for most of Alcatel phones by IMEI and provider ID.
