6015X Fire E Bricked

I tried to update my phone Alcatel OneToch Fire E (6015X) using official tool Mobile Upgrade Q 4.5.6 from product support page. All drivers were succesfully instaled then I pressed "Upgrade Phone" at 37% of firmware writing, an error apear and update proces stoped. Now phone is completly dead. No Fastboot mode, no led indicator at USB charging. Only one device still apear in device manager when phone is connected to PC : alcatel hs-usb qdloader 9008 port21. Is there someone to help me to unbrick. THanks in advance!

Try with volume up or volume down, hold and insert cable,
If pc detects it, there is hope.

Every key combination fail. No entering in fastboot, no alcatel logo... nothing.
Only alcatel hs-usb qdloader 9008 apear in PC's device manager when usb cable is conected

Solution from Russian forums :

- Download THIS - Revival pack with boot recovery files
- Download THIS - QPST Update
- Download THIS - Full eMMC image

Follow THIS instructions, lower part, with "9008" port.

It should help.

In general ... you are missing boot on that phone.
After program boot, phone will appear as HS USB 9006 port - in that state,
you will have it visible as HDD Drive, and after that you can use
raw image to restore phone.

p.s. after done, you will have 6014x phone, with android

I restored my phone.

PS. on android everything it's ok except sim.

What's actually happening with SIM ?
Phone doesn't detect sim or what ?

p.s. have you tried using OTU Updater ?
for 6015x - HERE and for 6014x - HERE
Try with it ... maybe it helps.

You can try with with QPST, there is "Switch to DLOAD mode option"

Hey, I'm here because i have an alcatel fire e 6015x bricked, and when i mean bricked, is no operable at all, i have in device manager the ALCATEL HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM36) (i dont think is necessary to explain the COM36-is the port where is connected the phone).

My regards are if the are somewhere any links to donwload for the full eMMC image and Revival pack with boot recovery files from this post, because are no more useful now. Please help me, i spend 2 nights trying to make it back alive

in this instructions I can't find for my process about to get 9008 to 9006.

Can you please post it here instructions from that post sir. if you have time for me to help pls.

It is all pretty well clear. Use QPST, program boot,
phone will change from 9008 (dead boot) port to 9006 (eMMC disk mode),
after use eMMC RAW, write full image, anf that's it.
