OTP phones (like Alcatel android phones) are not supported for IMEI change.
There is currently no tool in market that could solve this problem.

No, only repair (alcatel) no imei change.

I have mine succes repair imei via adb but still invalid.... any one have report succes?

Simply erase nvram and reflash firmware, imei will be re-created from OTP zone.
You can NOT change it, and above way is the easy/correct one.
