Only one I could find is ROM_0 (Full emmc backup),
to be written with SPFT via "Write Memory" option
(to enable, in spft, go to window - click "write memory", new tab appears),
load scatter file first (attached to this post).
beginning address is 0x000000000 , EMMC storage.

Pid is irrelevant. Use provided factory flasher to write flash,

First you need to use SEARCH option on forum,
everything is already posted.

hi, this is my first post.. yey...
anyways, im always tired of reading stuff in wrong order when i search stuff my own problems.
BRKA post is right.
0) make sure you phone with 4013x has enough battery
1) download the 98xMB ROM file and the spflashtool and the scatter file
2) install the vcom driver from novatek
3) extract the 98xMB to Desktop for example
4) run spflash tool as administrator
5) select the scatter file in download tab
6) goto window menu and select write memory
7) select emmc instead of nand flash
8) open raw data, select file extracted from step 3
9) goto options menu, select "with battery" and force high speed
10) click write memory button from toolbar and connect your phone to the usb cable
11) hopefully it will work, get some coffee or a snack cos its gonna take some time
ignore the glitch from status the part of written megabytes

yey.. just restored the ROM to my pixi3(4)
phone will load straight away, no android first run
the UI language is french, needs to be changed to english or some other language
or after flashing the ROM, just use vol+ and power buttons and release when alcatel screen appears and wipe factory/cache , should work
last update: phone will prompt you to update firmware to 01002 , the update will apply ok

Needed files are in posts #2 and #6. Instructions are in posts #8 and #9.
Addittionally, you can fully format phone (without preloader) before writing full ROM_0 backup.

If you still get no results, either you have some never board revision,
or simply - hardware malfunction, like eMMC died.

Since you did not post original phone PID, I have no idea is it some special model etc.

It's totally "normal" 4013x model, as shown in factory data.
Try other SPFlashTools, and after writing FULL rom_0 backup,
do factory reset from recovery.
If that doesn't help, it's time either for hardware repair,
or for visiting authorized alcatel service center.
