Since you didnt post original PID, I assume you need ROM for
5010x - Vodafone South Africa (5010X-2xVDZA1), right ?

There is one "magic" option on forum called "SEARCH" ...

Hi everyone,

I am in the dog house as I convinced my boss that it would be a good idea to get some ex-Virgin Media Alcatel Pixi 4 (5010x) phones to work;but I`m struggling to flash them to get rid of the built-in Virgin Media apps.
The phones are unlocked but those apps are the problem so I`m looking for UK Retail or any unbranded ROMs to get me out of trouble.

Any suggestions and help appreciated

Just root them, and use Root Uninstaller to totally remove whatever you want.
It's not getting back, even after factory reset.
Be carefull, what you disable.

I`ve also got some Alcatel U5 (4047X) handsets,is it the same procedure as above OR is there a UK Retail/Original ROM for it?

5010X-2[X=A,B,C,D,F,G,H,J,O,T,U,V]S7RS1 - MTS (Telekom) Serbia,

but I don't think it will allow Mobile Upgrade to update it,
since it's operator branded firmware ...

you can try updating it as 5010D, with some of these PID's :

5010D-2[X=A,B,C,D,F,G,H,J,O,T,U,V]ALE31
5010D-2[X=A,B,C,D,F,G,H,J,O,T,U,V]ALE11

If update pass, only downside is that it may show two sim cards/two signal bars ...

Make all possible backups before playing.
