Phone is a Qualcomm CPU model, so, some cable solutions are not an option.

However, i found already for some similiar model, procedure for FRP remove, try it ...

1) Downloaded Mobile Upgrade Q 5.0.6 - Update firmware on phone, after you get the lock screen where you can open the calculator, camera, music, contacts and QR code scan that we just need.
2) Open browser on PC, find ANY QR code picture, and scan via phone.
3) After scanning, USE send (arrow) and open.
4) Select Send and select the item Google Translator - Now we have full browser
5) Input this address : Dev Settings.apk and download the dev settings apk - set "unknown sources" while installing, in settings
6) Open installed app, and go into the phone settings, enable developer setting, enable "Allow Bootloader OEM-Unlocking"
7) Go to settings and make factory reset (or try it from recovery)
8) Phone reboots and now at wifi networks, button SKIP is active. No more google account
