alcatel 5057m mirage cyanogen os need firmware - GSM-Forum

Hello!

Today I received a ot-5057m with a cyanogen mod rom, customer is having problems to install some apps, Im in search of the original rom, I searched OTU tool but seems this model is not supported.

From battery label the model is 5057M-2ATLMX2.

Any help is apreciated!

Unfortunatly, that model is serviceable only via factory tools,
with phone in hands.

No any rom's package on any of support sites.

Or ... if you have some of Boxes, with Qualcomm module,
and working device in hands, read backup from working,
write to malfunctioned one.

Found some ROM, it's a box readback of working 5057M ...

Download - 5057M-2ATLMX2 (Telcel Mexico)

If you plan to flash with QPST, loaders are attached. (some of these 2 must work).
(rename one by one to : prog_emmc_firehose_8909.mbn , and put in same folder with rom files)

p.s. People reported rom as fully working, and revived bootlooped phones with it.

2ATLMX2 (Telcel Mexico) ??

i had the idea that TLMX firmwares were from Movistar Mexico, Telcel Firmwares are TGMX, am i wrong?

Somehow not logical that TL = Movistar, right ? (Instead of TelceL)

Anyway, there are only 2 PID's for 5057M :

5057M-2ATLMX2 and 5057M-2ATLMX1

It may happen that some of them is, despite operator naming in pid,
one for Telcel, another for Movistar.

When somebody flash this posted rom and report, we can know for sure

p.s. I have just seen that people already reposted loaders I attached here,
together with instructions ...

Regarding the failures of the life of this phone, of restarts, shutdowns, crashes, after an analysis of the software that was determined that everything was due to the permissions granted to the applications. The android system has errors in the application and assignment (management) of the permissions of the applications. They should verify this, especially with applications as important as the launcher (trebuche) ...

Testing in a 5057M movistar chile.

Nothing friends, after more than two weeks it failed again,

it started with the restarts. This happened just after installing an application (bank app) the other times also happened after installing an app, not the same, could say that with any, I can not find a pattern or coincidence of the failure.

Try falshera the Telcel mexico that they put but it did not help me, I leave the phone off. Luckily I had made a backup with xxxxxxxx box.

someone has another backup made of a phone (mexico or chile) in clean?
