my phone not have imei: 000000000000000, not start, solution for this phone write firmware with xxxxx box.

Alcatel phones have OTP imei (One Time Programmable).
If nvram gets erased, phone will re-create it, after flashing upon first startup, from OTP zone.
This is not any box feature but firmware/design itself.

If phone got completely erased, restoring "proinfo" partition only,
will allow factory updater tool to update/restore it.
