i ve been searching on the internet for my alcatel pop 3(5) firmware
but unfortunally nothing useful
please guys if some one have it ...please share

Its qualcomm , 2ctbal3, I read fw with xxxx .... Any sugestion?

T-Mobile phone, operator branded phones don't allow OTU Updating...

Unfortunately, there is only 5065X-2xTBAL3 for your country,
no other RETAIL pid (unbranded).

If you are fine with some other language packs, I can give you
some other retail pids of neighbouring country, to edit and retry updating ?
(you can write which ones you want to try, ie: Greece, SR, etc.)

Procedure is : Open Memory Tool in box SW, find "traceability" partition,
read it, edit PID with hex editor (it's plain ASCII text), change into other pid,
write back to phone and retry with OTU Updater.

*** EDIT: Just checked, there are no many unbranded pid's ...

ALEU1, ALFR1, ALIB1, ALPL1, ALGB1, ALWE7, ALE11 (pid example: 5065X-2CALWE7)

try with last 2 first ... they may have needed languages.


or final solution is - finding same working phone and reading flash from it ... no other ideas.
(except alcatel authorized service)
