Customers usually talk stories which suit them good, so, without other,
Working keys flat, to test, nobody can know for sure.

I doubt it's some newer hardware revision, incompatible with software,
To cause non-working keys.

Anyway, you didnt post original PID, so... Cant kbow all details.

Nothing is missed, manually tick and load files.

Recovery and custpack are important to be flashed, cache and userdata not.
(But after flashing MUST be done wipe data/cache from recovery menu.)

I can' find a flash contain a recovery . please if you have a tested flash give me a link.

your first method don't work with me. error with SPFlashTools .
your second method ok .but two big problems after succes flash.
1-no recovery
2-no network .no micro .no sound in video

before flash with SPFlashTools, the "Mobile Upgrade S" detect my phone and tel me there no update for him . but after flash with SPFlashTools . the same "Mobile Upgrade S" don't detect my phone.


so please give me a very tested 100% rom for 6010X or tuto to make the phone detected by the " the "Mobile Upgrade S "

Looks like you didn't flash secro.img.
Check if you flashed all files, after loading scatter file.
(only cache and uderdata are not important, other YES).
