Alcatel 6012x Unbrick / Language Change [EU-CH-Spain, Bulgaria, Arabic, etc.] - GSM-Forum

I have Alcatel 6012x and I bricked it with Sp Flash tool , I used format ALL + download without preloader and others ,I had only cache,userdata and Android ( system ) but all partitions was checked ,I got an error and now only what can I see it is a blue LED .
Now I have this error : BROM ERROR: S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL ( 5054 ).

Or if you have this phone can you upload somewhere a full backup with all partitions for a flash with sp flash tool ?

There you go .... debranded rom, for SPFlashTool.

Flash it with "Write Memory" option.

if after flashing, doesn't boot to system, or have bootloop,
do format/wipe data/cache.

****** EDIT: ROM is from Switzerland region, Languages - EU - CH - Spain

p.s. it also solves all imei/nvram related problems, returns original imei back,

hello i have the same problem i am new to all off thid. i extracted the arhive and i have a file withputh any estention. how to use it?

Bro, is it so hard to read my previous post ?

- download sp_flash_tool_v3.1344.0.212
- SPFlashTools start, load scatter file (from attachment)
- upper menu - Window - Write memory
- tab Write memory appears,
- select EMMC, Open Raw Data - select ROM_0 file
- press Write memory
- connect phone to cable
- wait untill finished.
- you have working phone. the end. (otherwise, do format data/cache fro mrecovery)

- PRESS THANKS, of course.

Yes, the procedure it's very simple to follow, just be patient with the first start of the phone, it's takes longer than usual.

I tried many ROM's with TWRP recovery, changing the files in the BACKUPS folder but every time the phone remains stuck at boot logo. For me this ROM written with SP Flash was the salvation. Thank you again, Alex.

Thanks for the ROM, Brka. Managed to repair and unlock an Orange Hiro, with that and Alcatel online upgrade tool.

hi i have a bricked alcatel hiro mtk 6572 says stuck on boot logo when i am tryng to use this method the flash tool is stuck on searching nothin happen, what can i do ? phoneis off and shows me the charging screen.

solved problem after installing mediatek orange hiro drivers ty for the room you are a life saver

briked after trying to install that room on alcatel 6012 X orange hiro can you please upload the preloader and dsp_bl for this phone

Just write rom from post #3, it will bring phone back to life.
Use scatter file from post #6, there is detailed instruction in that post too.

before write memory (flashing), do format whole flash.

while attempting to flash the room from post 3# the Sp flash tool gives error 4032 enable dram fail the rom has the preloader inside ? can u get it out the necesary files to install preloader first maybe will make it to get back to life is completly dead and get detected by pc as MTK usb port and if i hold volume button get detected as unknown usb device descriptor request failed what Sp flash tool should i use and how to solve this pleas help

and now i get enable dram setting failed 5054 error i uninstalled all drivers and installed just the correct one the sp flash tool comunicates with device but gives this error seems is something about the wrong preloader, i searched on net to see, can you help me by uploading the revire files for this phone please like u did with 6030X in a post best regards Allex.

Download Telenor Bulgaria ROM - HERE

You have inside all files, including preloader.

Make format whole flash, write preloader in forced flash mode, after flash normally full flash.
