what happened with my Alcatel was that when updating stayed stuck and now when I connect these qhsusb_bulk drivers appears .. please I hope I can help as revive and if they can give me the steps to do so

Okay, so whats the name of that com port ?

download drivers - HERE, use installer in package,
reconnect phone, and check exact name of port.

post it here, to check HOW MUCH is it bricked.

You will probably not be able to revive it.

ROM is useless, since there are no publicly available flashers for that platform,
and if you have same problem as Eddy (HS-USB 9008 port),
without available eMMC drives shown in device manager, when phone connected,
then you have DEAD BOOT phone.

Although, even if it's still theoretically possible to repair,
again - there are no public flashers or files needed to repair it.
