What did you think that will happen ?
Of course it will be dead after format.

And, your impatience can only make things worse,
if you continue playing with phone, without any idea what are you doing.

now, to make phone alive again, and re-make it into single sim version,
download THIS ROM file with flasher, and flash the phone.

if it doesn't power on, use OTU updater, it will bring it back to life.
(after flashing whole pack).

Of course, if you are patient enough, I will upload original flash next days.

- unpack files
- make new folder on c: (c:\mts960)
- select all files from unpacked folder and move to new made folder on c:\1
- do not move sub-folders but all files directly
- rename scatter file into MT6573_Android_scatter.txt

- use older SPFlashTools - download HERE
- load scatter, and manually select/load all non-ticked files (nvram, pro_info, etc.).

flash the phone.

trying OTU but no luck i got error of firewall but i'm not using it
also disabled A/V

after that succeeded with OTU i'm downloading now

It's RETAIL PID, so OTU Should work for it. Download and try.
