alcatel aurus 3 stuck on recovery - GSM-Forum

hi friends

i have alcatel aurus 3 which is swith on and stuck on recovery mode no volume buttons are pressed and no other hardware issue.. from recovery wipe data factory reset work but after rebooting it again stop on recovery mode..

how to flash this model anybody have its file or tool please share here..

simple search of this forum sub-section would already bring answers ...

anyway, read THIS and THIS thread CAREFULLY.

First try "normal" way with factory updater,
if that does not work, in second thread, post #3,
you have original ROM for SPFlashTools,
with india or malesia firmware ...

Tat should bring it back to normal state, if phone have software problem.

However, I would suggest first, to open phone,
and check volume up/down buttons for constant short circuit,
since that can cause phone to enter recovery also.
