try to use this. remove sim card and type ###847# the phone will ask to factory reset......

Alcatel E101 Code Reset
It Is Not Working It Is New Phone With New Hardware Protection So It Will Be New Code And New Way To Unlock It

When phone(Alcatel new or old model) ask user code without sim that means ffs broken!So only repair it after fullflash can solve the problem.Other idear is fake.
