|  Alcatel E221 can't unlock with infinity Hi forum members, i have alcatel e221 to unlock with infinity but i get this message: COM3 [VCP0] selected module v1.38 Device: Alcatel-E221 Action: unlock Checking data, wait... Boot ... Phone should be Switched OFF ! Press Power button now ! rom version: 0502 Connecting... rom version: 0502 booting... finalizing... Boot fail error: operation failed Finished, time used: 52 sec Remove/Install battery now ! though i am not using the direct cable, i did a connection using the pinout. RJ45 2 - phone 4 RJ45 3 - phone 3 RJ45 GND 8 - phone 2 i don't know what i have being doing wrong. regards to all in advance for direction. thanks. |
