Member: 2725511 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | ideas Has anyone tried using a factory cable? Or maybe using a build, prop edit to make use of the post delay? From the post delay we might be able to issue commands like holding escape to access the boot menu on a pc. I'm gonna make a fastboot cable today to test, but I'm not sure how it will go. On mine i use wifi only with airplane mode 24/7 as to not get ota updates as well with hosts and etc... xposed installer works fine, and i have/have had a plethora of mods with no problems. Only problem is keyboard lag and random lag in numerous apps... but i suspect that to be from a not-so-well-known manufacturer (at the time of manufacture) along with (as stated before) shotty programming on the device. Guide I'm using says to jump pins 1&4 to get into fastboot, I can confirm the guide was not faked because kindles' don't have unlocked bootloaders and i had to make one myself. (I've been around the block a few times) watch?v=iUUFW2CRxHQ I'm gonna try to post an update tomorrow, wish me luck if anyone checks this dead thread. (Hate to resurrect an already zombified thread, but i thought it was worth a shot given the endless possibilities of twrp/cyan[lineage?].) jlkkljh |
